Logica has been in the mix frequently in recent Innojams and Demo Jams, and SAPPHIRE Now Madrid was no exception. This time around, Ronald Konijnenburg and Ramon Hutters discuss their experience as Demo Jam finalists with a HANA and Siri-driven voice recognition app. They also cover HANA skills challenges, and what they are doing to upskill existing Logical employees who have BW, SQL, and related HANA skills.

The two also talks about whether it makes more sense to hire internal or outside developers, and why smaller companies should not be intimidated by the HANA market. With ERP on HANA around the corner, Ronald and Ramon discuss how that could fit into Logica’s plans.
