At the Business Cloud Summit 2012, with Den behind the camera, cloud maestro Phil Wainewright took over the @jdodcom hosting duties and did a redux with David Terrar on that topic that won’t go away: cloud regulations in Europe.

While both agree that standardization is, in theory, a good thing, they both air concerns over the potential dangers of establishing strict guidelines, especially if smaller firms and SMEs are not included in the process.
