For their first customer video shoot of SAP TechEd Las Vegas, Jon Reed sat down with Joseph Phillip of Campbell Soup Company to get the skinny on their SAP project and find out Joe’s plans for TechEd.

During the conversation, Joe shares why peer networking with other customers has had a big impact on the Campbell project. He also explains how Campbell has been able to derive value from Solution Manager by consolidating a best of breed tools landscape and centralizing documentation, configuration and testing.

Joe also talks about how they deal with SAP consulting costs and shares what’s next for Campbell (supply chain optimization) now that the ERP 6.0 landscape is in place.
