Great interview Dennis – Great questions and very balanced answers. At the next SAP event, I want to request a short meeting with the ASUG CEO
Do your contractual terms align your goals with my sescucs? How so?For me, this one would be the most perfect and direct question you can ask a vendor. Hiring a vendor for services and/or software is tough, especially these days where vendors can easily claim they are the best or they have the best value for your money. Asking them this question will give you a clear idea of how the vendor will work with you and how they can help you achieve your goals (business and money-wise).
