During SuiteWorld, NetSuite announced the integration between its solution and Yammer. The Big Idea is to provide activity stream context to NetSuite business processes.
In this conversation, Dennis Howlett talks to CRM expert Paul Greenberg about what this means. While Paul makes the point that NetSuite had to ‘follow the crowd’ on this one, he believes it has potential to avoid many of the pitfalls that caught Chatter users off guard….if NetSuite does it right.
Even so and given that NetSuite is now trying to play at a much higher level than its traditional SME play, Paul believes there is genuine promise in what NetSuite is delivering. As always, we will need to revisit in order to get the full story.
